syz-manager: don't symbolize reproducer twice
The recent commit 'pkg/mgrconfig: add "interests"' made pkg/repro
symbolize returned reports. But syz-manager symbolizes them as well.
This leads to double symbolization. Don't symbolize second time.
Fixes #2934
