syz-manager: better handle errors in HTML templates
I periodically see:
2020/08/23 13:33:21 http: superfluous response.WriteHeader
call from main.(*Manager).httpSummary (html.go:72)
which suggest that there are some erros during template execution.
But currently we don't seem to show them properly.
Show them properly and also log.
