dashboard/config/linux: config DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION is required by DRM_VMWGFX_FBCON
As of [1] DRM_VMWGFX_FBCON depends on DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION. It doesn't
hurt to always enable it also on older kernels.
