sys/linux/test: add seeds that exercise WFI[T]
Add sys/linux/test/arm64-syz_kvm_setup_syzos_vm-wfi and
sys/linux/test/arm64-syz_kvm_setup_syzos_vm-wfit, two seeds that
exercise the WFxT path in KVM.
