pkg/report: add a ReportToGuiltyFile method
We cannot unfortunately just substitute Report and invoke Symbolize(),
because in this case a non-emtpy reportPrefixLen may lead to `panic:
runtime error: slice bounds out`.
Create a special external method in the pkg/report package.
