dashboard/config/linux: increase LOCKDEP size consts
We are still seeing some of:
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_CHAINS too low!
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_CHAIN_HLOCKS too low!
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_ENTRIES too low!
Bump LOCKDEP consts by 1.
