dashboard/config/linux: enable XFS/JFS/BTRFS debug checks
Enable XFS/JFS/BTRFS debug configs.
The descriptions for these seem to be lying and they actually
enable debug checks rather than debug logging
(though, one of them enables both, which is quite unfortunate design).
