syz-kfuzztest: add syz-kfuzztest executable
syz-kfuzztest is a new standalone designed for fuzzing KFuzzTest on a
live kernel VM (e.g., inside QEMU). It has no dependencies on the
executor program, instead directly writing into a KFuzzTest target's
debugfs entry.
