dashboard/config/linux: move some subsystems out of subsystems.yml
subsystems.yml is too large and hard to manage.
Move bluetooth/wireless/hamradio subsystems into separate files,
it makes subsystems.yml smaller and make it easier to disable
these subsystems entirely, which will be needed for s390.
