dashboard/config/linux: tune LOCKDEP capacity
We are seeing the following warnings from LOCKDEP:
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_CHAIN_HLOCKS too low!
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_CHAINS too low!
BUG: MAX_LOCKDEP_ENTRIES too low!
Increase the corresponding capacity constants.
